Not a good idea: Unless you don't want to have any kids. A form of sterilization.

Legally yes: Essure is a permanent birth control solution and many doctors might think twice about performing this procedure in one so young. While technically there are some successful reversals being done at specialty centers like chapel hill tubal reversal center, this is considered a forever answer for those done with having children or certain they will never chose fertility.
