Absence of menses: Long term use of bcp's can result in reduced menstrual flow or absence of bleeding. Just continue using the bcp's if that is the method of contraception that you wish to use.

Workup needed: Please see you gynecologist. Where there is a chance that everything is ok, there is a significant chance you have some condition blocking your menses.
