A member asked:

I've been yawning a lot, does that mean anything?

Not by itself: Without any other symptoms, yawning a lot is probably a sign that you are tired. Make sure that you are sleeping well and waking up well rested. Otherwise, talk to your doctor about good sleeping habits. All the best, ariel.

You're tired: Yawnig is amost always a normal action. Tiredness or weariness will cause a yawn, and seeing others yawn can make you yawn. Excessive yawning can be caused by "stimulation' of the vagus nerve, so if it is truly excessive, let your dr. Know and s/he can evaluate you further. Good luck.
