Hennia clinical diag: Hernia is a clinical diagnosis and it depends what kind of hernia you have. There is inguinal hernia which is the commonest and shows in groin, femoral hernia, incisional hernia at site of incision if you had previous surgery and ventral hernia and last of all hiatus hernia which is different and not visible what is tjis i dont know if in doubt see your doctor.

Maybe: There are small hernias in the midline of the abdomen between the belly button and breast bone that can be very small and painful. They are however usually associated with a small lump under the skin, but may not be detectable due to obesity. See your doctor to check it out. May need an ultrasound or ct scan if it is severe, disabling pain. If it is a small hernia, it is probably not dangerous.
