Please tell me, could a stomach hernia cause bleeding?

Hernia: It is not "normal" but it can be related if the hernia is causing intermittent blockage of the colon or small intestine or stomach. Some para-esophageal hernias can have intermittent gastric torsion and bleeding associated with that.
