Nothing's 100%: Assuming you are referring to oral contraceptive pills (ocp), the failure rate for typical use is about 8-9% per year, and "perfect" use is about 0.3% per year. So yes, it is possible to get pregnant while on oral contraceptives (birth control pills) but not likely.
