Pregnant: Yes. One healthy testicle can produce adequate normal sperm. If everything else is ok with you and your wife then it is definitely possible for you to get your wife pregnant.

Yes: It is possible to father a child even after removal of one testes as long as sperm production still occurs in the remaining testes. A semen analysis (checking for count, motility, and morphology) will help determine this.
