Most likely: Prolonged antibiotic use increases the risk of a yeast infection. It's possible for a man to get a yeast infection from his partner. It's important that you both be treated or you may keep reinfecting each other.

No: You got the yeast infection pobably from the antibiotics. But you may have passed it on through sexual contact.
