A member asked:

Should someone take digoxin 250 mg if their pulse is under 60?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Be VERY careful: Digoxin is a useful drug but treacherous. There's no magic number below which the heart-slowing effects of "dig" become especially dangerous, but if the slow heart rate is new, whoever prescribed the "dig" should know. Good luck, and i'm glad you're taking a proactive approach to your health.
