No it will not rebui: Digoxin increses the myocardial contractibility and decreses the heart rate.It does improve ejection fraction and is used in association with other drugs like ace inhibiters, beta blockers, diuretics but it can not rebuild your heart muscle.Research is being done with stem cells for rebuilding heart muscles, with some promosing results.
