Most: Almost every vaccination that does not have a live virus is safe in pregnancy. In fact some vaccines are specifically recommended during pregnancy; these include the flu vaccine and the tetanus diphtheria and acellular pertussis (tdap) vaccine. Rubella (geman measles, ) measles, mumps, and varicella (chicken pox) should not be given in pregnancy, but may be given after delivery.
