Please i need answer.. can i back play gym again with high weight after telescope shoulder operation and installation of 3 hooks cut cartilage?

More specific: You would have to be more specific in what type of surgery you had, how far out from surgery you are, etc. I would discuss this with your treating surgeon but generally speaking, if your shoulder has been thru one operation i would avoid the heavy weight. I would focus more on tone than bulk. Our frames/bodies are not designed for massive muscle.
