Important: Leponex (clozaril) is a very specific kind of medication. Your psychiatrist will presumably have chosen it for a reason, though it is not the "average" medication for bipolar. So reducing the dose really depends on why this s the right medication for you, and whether a lower dose will do as well. You should discuss this frankly with your psychiatrist.
