No: Eggs do not directly affect the kidneys at all. But they will increase your fat and cholesterol which is harmful to your heart, brain, liver, and blood vessels. That can indirectly affect the kidneys years later.

See below: Eggs contain protein. A very high protein diet can cause quicker deterioration of kidney function only if you already have kidney problems, however the amount of protein in the eggs would require several eggs to be eaten daily to be of any consequence.
