There can be multipl: Reasons. Is this a new problem? If so its likely the bladder. You may be having uterine spams due to the semen and have an enlarged uterus. If after i would consider this. Now, it could be mechanical and resulting from prolapse, ovarian castor fibrosis bit those usually cause pain with intercourse.
