Viral infection?: Good morning, runny nose, body ache, and fever could be due to a viral infection. Many such infections, including flu will improve on its own in due course. Mediations for pain for pain relief such as tylenol (acetaminophen) or iburprofen have helped many patients feel better. It may take more than three days to get better. If symptoms continue, see your doctor, as complications can happen. Good luck!

Be patient: Viral infections often last 1-2 weeks, so you will probably have to be patient and allow the infection to clear on its own.
