Seek an evaluation: Exercise, sleep, good nutrition, positive thinking can all help. However, when this doesn't work, it's important to seek a evaluation from your primary care doctor to make sure a medical problem isn't contributing. Student Resources : Have you connected with the counseling center on campus? Most colleges/universities have psychologists who help students with their mental health (i.e. Depression). Your counseling center's website is likely to have some helpful tools.
