Not sure of question: Are you concerned about moodiness or cramping? Some antidepressants can be used to help with moodiness ( sarafem) nsaids such as Motrin can help with cramping.....

Progestin pill: Mmmh, not sure what u mean, the only thing that comes in my mind that we sometimes use to bring on a period in women who are not getting their period on a monthly basis (and are not pregnant) is a medication class called progestins. They thin the lining of the uterus and once you stop them , usually after 5 to 10 days , it will produce a so called withdrawal bleed.
