These are : Areas involved with sexual stimulation so it is not an abnormality. The fatigue part, well, i think people have been asking that one since the dawn of time (just kidding), don't think about it too much, why u get fatigued sometimes when the vagina is touched is related to timing , mood and baseline fatigue. Your fine.
