Twitching: It is call muscle twitching. If a worm was causing the twitching you would see its outline.

Not sure but be seen: It is hard to say without more info. If it has been a problem for a while, or if you have pain and swelling too, you should be seen to help make a diagnosis. A large blood vessel is usually at the temple and some conditions can cause it to get inflamed which is a serious problem.Muscles there can also twitch or spasm, but repeated twitching should be explored too.Sometimes it is a parasite(rare!).
