Sexually active?: If you are sexually active and missed periods for 2 months , and have negative pregnancy tests and odorous brownish discharge occurs it could be few things. Endometritis- infection of lining of uterus, missed abortion in uterus/fallopian tubes, delayed periods . Consult your pcp/gynaecologist as you are young and need to rule out any uterine infection ascending up and cause tube infection/damage.
