Pregnancy test time: If you're sexually active, make sure you get a pregnancy test. Otherwise, stress can alter a menstrual cycle, different medications can change it, being sick, weight changes. Even calculating due date by last menstrual period can be inaccurate, so the best way is through a home pregnancy test. If negative, and you're still concerned about pregnancy, repeat 1 week later. Best of luck!
