Try Lysteda: Lysteda is a new medication designed to decrease heavy periods. Although not primarily designed for cramping many find relief when the heavy bleeding stops. Another option is to suppress your period completely by taking birth control continuously without the placebo pills. No period = no cramping. Discuss w your doctor.

Use 2 Aleve (naproxen): 2x per day with tylenol (acetaminophen) during the day. The periods get better over time, you could ask for continous pills in which u use them and have a period every 3 months. Good luck, it should improve.
