What does it mean if your cervix was low and soft then went high and semi soft for a week and a half and have a period?

Nothing: Cervical position and consistency is subjective, variable and irrelevant. It's not something you need to be paying attention to. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

I would say it : Depends on who is doing the examining. Is this a subjective problem? The cervix, in your age group, generally does not descend. If it does, it is a chronic issue called uterine prolapse. As to the consistency, who is checking this? It takes a lot of time examining people to feel or categorize a cervix. What sx's caused all this checking? Just curious, don't want u nervous over nothing. Gd luc.
