I have a physical job ( housekeeping ) why does my fibromyalgia pain feel worse, i thought being physically active would help, 8 months of 24/7 pain!

Fibromyalgia?: Perhaps you do not have fibromyalgia. Exercise does help fms, but you mention no meds. Nonetheless, half of the patients referred to me do not have this, usually a spondylitis, most likely psoriatic arthritis.

Not always: Aerobic exercise is not universally helpful. In my experience, many fm sufferers have worse symptoms with either physical or emotional stress.
