Identify the cause: Teeth can begin to wear and break for a number of reasons. It could be to occlusion, some oral habit, or some environmental factor. The best way to address tg, problem is to identify the cause. Seeing a dentist will help you do that and also provide you with options for hopefully addressing the problem. There must be something going on to cause the break down. Best of luck!

See a dentist: Teeth can chip when they are weakened by decay or placed under heavy pressure by grinding/clenching of the teeth. Occasionally teeth are broken by accidentally biting on something hard when eating. You need to see your dentist to find out what the cause is in your case. Good luck.
