No: The penis needs to have a little help if you are not going to have a circumcision when you bathe him you gently pull the fore skin back a little bit and bathe his penis this is all that needs to be done doing that will help to prevent a phimosis(the opening is isn't large enough to let the urine thru however i recommend circ it is healthier.
