?: Baclofen is a muscle relaxer. I've not heard of it used in treating alcoholism.

Indications: Baclofen is a drug originally indicated for treatment of spasticity, and has been used off label with some pain conditions such as trigeminal neuralgia. Am unaware of any direct benefits in alcoholism unless the above complications have occurred. Since it is metabolized through the liver, might make certain that liver has not been damaged.
