Don't stop your meds: While most meds, psych meds included, have some side effects, if you're tolerating your medications for 10 years, i suspect you aren't bothered by short term side effects. Depending on the medication, there may be issues your doctor can review w/ you. Untreated psychiatric conditions are probably more dangerous than side effects for most people. Never change your meds w/o the help of your doctor.
