If you get fat: We all tend to over-eat refined sugar and sugar-laced pop. If we get fat, we don't look as good and the fat from the hormones may slow us down romantically. That's really all that anybody knows. If you're lean and athletic, a little candy or pop's not going to make you a romantic cripple. Good luck.

Over the long run...: An otherwise healthy guy eating sugar and sweets today will not notice any sexual changes today, tomorrow, or next week. However, making sugars and sweets a habit can cause problems next month, next year, etc... Sugars lead to metabolic syndrome, pre-diabetes, diabetes, and other medical issues. That can create nerve problems and blood circulation problems over time.
