Scientific Rx: I'm going to assume that benzoyl peroxide for a month has failed; if you have not been offered topical Clindamycin and a retinoic acid derivative these are the next steps, then a systemic antibiotic. If still not successful, you have a right to the big guns a dermatologist can give. Being a teen is hard enough without acne and all acne is manageable today. Good luck.
