Healthy stuff: Food won't improve your performance directly, but staying physically fit, lean & buffed will improve your relationships & getter sex follows. Enough protein for fitness, a good selection &/or a cheap vitamin-mineral tablet. Avoid sugar and grease as we all tend to overeat these. Find exercise you like and do it hard; get used to being a little hungry which will keep you trim.
