See your doctor: If you are uncircumcised, it sounds like you have a minor phimosis (tight foreskin). So when you have an erection and intercourse it causes some cracking/bleeding of your foreskin. Your doctor can assess how tight your foreskin is and prescribe a steroid cream to soften the skin so it retracts easier. For severe phimosis a circumcision may be necessary.

See below: Phimosis in general means that the foreskin cannot retract to expose the head of the penis. If symptoms are present, it is usually pain with retraction or manipulation of the prepuce, sometimes with bleeding or cracking/fissuring of the penile skin. Circumcision will cure this problem. Topical steroid creams can also work well.
