Wouldn't trust it: Typically you should start the nuba ring at the end of your menstrual cycle and use it for a full month before you can consider yourself protected. Don't take the ring out early - if you do you can start spotting. Make sure to use the ring correctly for the best protection. 21 days in and then 7 out.
