Likely yeast: When taking an antibiotic it can change the type of bacterial balance in the vagina. This can lead to yeast infections. Yeast infections don't always present with discharge but can be just a red and swollen vaginal area. I recommend discussion with your doctor to determine medical treatment. But you can always try anover the counter yeast medicine.
