Does not remove: Laser scar treatments are used for red scars to decrease the vascularity and redness. Ablative lasers can beused like derabrasion, to feather the edges of a scar and make them less noticeable. Lasers are not good for depressed scars, and are not reliable for reducing raised scars. Scar revision is better for more severe scarring.

Laser Scar removal: There is no such thing as laser scar "removal" but only laser scar improvement... There is no laser that can "erase" a scar, but only improve its quality (redness, thickness)... Consult a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist.
