Wax: It can be an external issue, with cerumen (/wax) buildup that needs removed, or can be an internal problem, with clogged / blocked eustachian tubes. Can also be medication effect, virus, etc. So, should be seen, by your dr or an urgent care dr to identify or rule out the "easy" things. If symptoms persist, follow up with ent.
