Possibly....: You could feel referred pain to that ear.

Stuffy/ringing ear: An impacted tooth can cause pain that radiates tot he ear or side of the face. Could also be that you have a sinus infection and the eustachian tube cannot be cleared leading to the stuffiness. Try an otc decongestant and pain medication to see if that helps. If not check with your dentist and or physician.
