Recheck your labs.: Your thyroid condition may be changing or progressing and could require a higher dose of replacement therapy. Have your doc check the free T4 and TSH levels again and see if that is contributing to your weight gain. If those numbers are normal, i would not blame your thyroid condition.

Unrelated: If your blood tests show your thyroid function is normal, i doubt that there is any relationship.
