Take a test : It seems like you are concerned that you might be pregnant. That seems unlikely since you had your tubes tied. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Pregnancy symptoms: Fatigue, headaches breast tenderness and nausea can be symptoms of many conditions. A pregnancy test is always warranted. Did you have a tubal ligation to prevent pregnancy or a tubal reversal to conceive and have another child?
