What should i do for a pinch nerve on my lower back ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PINCH NERVE: Most of them will go away by taking anti-inflammatory medication such as Naproxen or ibuprofe., some rest, avoid certain position or moves, and physical if not getting better in 1-2 weeks then physical therapy. Did i mention about xray and mri? Has very limited rule as a first step. If patient fell, had accident. Or high risk such as any cancer, fever then i will do imaging in first step.
