Many factors: Depends on alot of things, but mainly: 1) how 'fertile' were you before the tubal, 2) your age, 3) your male partner. If 43 years is your correct stated-age, i'm afraid chances are very low even with tubal reversal. You should talk in person with a fertility specialist to consider options.
