Common side effect: Babies may have minor side effects from vaccines. Many will sleep longer for the first few days after vaccination, others develop fever or grumpiness. These effects are short lived, ususally less than 72 hours. The vaccine information sheet (vis) provided with each vaccine details all potential side effects. They are also avaialble from cdc.Gov.

Reaction to vaccine: Being lethargic & refusing to eat is a sign of illness in young infants, wheather this is due to her vaccinations or she is getting sick due to other reasons you should take her back to her pediatrician ASAP. I hope she gets better soon. Good luck.
