Several modalities: Back pain is common in many people and radiation to the legs usually means a pinching nerve is involved. Drugs called nsaids taken with food as directed can help. Heating pads, warm soaks, etc. Can also be of benefit. Proper stretching and back exercises or physical therapy can also benefit. Rx medications are also available. Get an exam if it persists, to properly diagnose and treat you.
