The joy: The bad part of all this is that you have lots of nerves that run into your brain, because they let you know about pain. In fact all the nerves send e-messages to the brain. It sounds like you've had your fair share of pain and that is very sad, but i hope with the proper care your teeth and body can send happy messages to your brain.

See an oral surgeon : You need to be evaluated by an oral surgeon immediately to see about the fractures and either get the bad teeth fixed or have them removed. You are playing with your life. Do not wait.

Team approach: You will probably need a team approach to come up with the best treatment plan in order to restore you to the best health possible. Start with an experienced\knowledgeable general dentist (or prosthodontist) who may require consultations with an orthodontist & an oral surgeon. Make sure all of them and you are in agreement with the treatment plan and expectations regarding the final results.
