Many possibilities: There are many different things that can cause breast pain- from hormone related -especially around your menstrual cycle; infection, inflammation, fibrocyctic disease, certain food like caffeinated beverages etc- also can give you breast pain. You should go to see your gynecologist or your pmd and have a good breast examination. Breast cancer at your age is less likely.
