Possibly: Accupuncture is relatively safe and can help with reducing pain. However, for fibromyalgia, adequate sleep and regular aerobic exercise are most important. Try taichi also.

Worth a try: Acupuncture is quite valuable for many pain control situations, and may be a game changer. But if you have at least 4 sessions, and fail to benefit, unlikely that it will be ultimately useful. Good luck.
