Is accupunture good for fibromyalgia?

Possibly: Accupuncture is relatively safe and can help with reducing pain. However, for fibromyalgia, adequate sleep and regular aerobic exercise are most important. Try taichi also.

Worth a try: Acupuncture is quite valuable for many pain control situations, and may be a game changer. But if you have at least 4 sessions, and fail to benefit, unlikely that it will be ultimately useful. Good luck.

Often yes: Stress and depressive symptoms often exacerbate fibromyalgia. Acupuncture can be used to help with these issues which often results in reduced pain.

Possibly: Acupuncture can help pain from fibromyalgia by resetting the nervous system. It doesn't replace exercise or sleep, but it is a great supplement for managing symptoms.
