Lack of support: If your body is not properly supported while you sleep, pain can result. If you must sleep on the sofa, see if you can get a piece of 1/2 inck thick plywood to put under the cushions to give you more support. Measure the area of the couch cushions and go to a store like home depot. They will cut it to size for you. Sand all edges, and wrap in trash bags and tape them securely. Good luck.
