Depends on situation: At 19 most people(m/f) have closed growth centers and no further linear growth is likely. A simple x-ray of the left hand & wrist can be analysed for bone maturity & reveal the status of your growth centers.If they remain open, some growth would be possible, if they are appropriate for your age, you are done.
