Presumably: That is what it is advertised for, and see no reason why it should not work. You can certainly try it and if it is not effective, all you are likely to lose is money rather than callouses.

Yes: Pedispin can work for calluses however, importantly you should evaluate your footwear for maximum improvement. There are also some other prescription medications that can significantly improve calluses.
